You seem to have made a typo Kishor. He needs to enable the xfs server


true ... this error is generated in co-relation with the xfs server.
But it simply means that X cannot start the font sever. The default
instaltion for RHL 6.2 ( and recent older releases)  is to install the
xfs server. ( X font server) . 

kompalli has mentioned that someone had made changes... 

Check and see if xfs is starting ( most probably is not)... start it.. &
you should not have a problem.... 
for a quick hack : un-comment the UNIX/:-1 line in XF86Config.... but U
will get really ugly fonts if U do this.
