Installing LILO

Hi all,

I need to reinstall Windows since it has started crashing on me too often.
But that will overwrite LILO from the MBR. How do I put it back? I know
running the Linux installation is one option. But is there a better way?

I have a linux boot diskette ready and also Loadlin is working fine. So I
have access to the linux system to run any apps/scripts if necessary.
