Well i used to have the same problem.
the best thing you can do is pcquest had supplied a cd of linux with there
new kernel. just automatically run that cd and update the kernel. while
doing so the card is automatically picked up including monitor.
i don't know much about linux so can confirm with others.
and do let know if there is some other option available.
