I managed to get X running with my SiS card, but am having problems with
the colors. All text appears black on black.
I used the xsis rpm and created a link between XFCom_SiS and XF86_SVGA.
Also, if I specify my monitor settings manually, the X does not work at all.
I have a Philips 104E monitor which has 7 modes of hsync & Vsync.
Can anyone who has SiS working on a Philips or any other monitor please
directly e-mail me their Xconfig file ? Maybe I can try using
that.
