How about somebody speaking on cryptography and authentication ?
I think Vinod spoke a little about it, but i am humgry for more ;-)
Some specifics that i am interested in -
- Useid Authentication during login
- Userid authentication on websites
- Digital certificates
- Public key crypto
Also since the Assistro (our so-called distro) fever has died down, letme
add some fuel and reignite the fire !!
I think everybody should come to the next meet with a list of packages
he/she(?) thinks are important for a home user and reasons for the
selection.
Maybe we can bar entry to those who are not equipped with this list :-)

One more bright **spark** - We should put up a list of all kinds of h/w
that people are successfully using with linux. See this site for examples -

We can list all the R&D that we might have done to get things working....a
very popular examples being Sis6215/6326 and Trident AGP 3Dimage975. Maybe
we could put the sample XF86Config on the site so that newbies can download
it straigtaway.
