Request to List Admin : Subject Tag

This is a request to the list admin.

Would it be possible to make a setting in the mailing list s/w
so that all mails that originate from this list have a tag in the subject
line like [ILUG],
or something else, so that it would be easy to classify these messages like
using
Outlooks rules to automatically move these messages to a seprate folder etc.
