Well you should set options as nolinear in the xconfig file... please
always read the archives before posting here.... this question has been
answered many times.

Hello!
I have just changed my monitor to Samtron 45Bn. My new Video card is AGP
SiS chipset with 4MB RAM. I configured my system using XF86Config. Now X
starts but the entire screen appears to be dark except for the icons. CAn
someone please help?
