Its pretty simple.

Keep the RJ-45 connector facing you (flat side). From the left , wires 1,2,3
& 6 are the ones which send/receive data. The pairing is done as follows :
1-3, 2-6. The others remain the same.

Usually the wires are straight. So just keep one end the way it is with
1,2,3,6 wires in place, and at the other end reverse the pairs, i.e.
3,6,1,2, and crimp it.

Its as simple.

If ur using a hub, you dont need to crossover. Its only for diirect
connections between 2 machines.
