[ILUG-BOM] Sucessful setup of Yamaha 724 Scard

Hi All,

        I was able to successfully install & run the oss drivers. One hitch.
They need the soundon command to run. To automatically run it I will have to
put it in rc.local. But I am a bit confused about the exact statement.
