Hi nagarjuna,
I'ven't compiled the kernal. It is from the binaries cd that I had installed Mandrake.
There c'd be a possibility that the kernal is
compiled with apm enabled. Now if I disable -p option from the halt script, will it
anyway affect my server. This is crucial because
I've just completed installing all the latest patches of Mandrake 6.1 and it shouldn't
call for an reinstallation.
Regards,
Seshan
