Set up a mail alias.  If you have linuxconf, it is easy to do it through
that.  If you don't, you will have to edit the aliases file in /etc/mail

You can specify a text file containing destination addresses.  You will
have to manually add all users to this file or write a script that will
pick all users from your passwd file whose userid is greater than 100.
