[ILUG-BOM] http proxy and local pages

with the http_proxy set, lynx is very slow when it comes to local pages.
Is there any way to disable proxy lookups for local pages.  wgetc has a
no_proxy option where you can supply a list of hosts that do not require
the proxy.  Is there such an option in lynx?
