I use an Tekram AGP6000, which is a video card based on an Intel i740 chipset.
It's pretty damn good in Windows and Linux. Infact it gives pretty decent FPS
ratings even in recent games like Quake 3 etc. I bought the card for around
Rs3000 6 months back, so it should be lower in cost right now.

Any card with an Intel i740 chipset should give u performance well worth the
price.
