[ILUG-BOM] mail scripts

To add to my suite of shell mail scripts, I have written another program
that takes the input from a mail client like pine and decides whether
it should go to a file in the send.script's Outbox or to a user defined
mail program (sendmail/qmail/whatever).

It's not up yet, but will be.
