Yes, a really large number of people in cybercafes use ICQ.  They also use
MSN messenger.  I haven't seen too many with Yahoo pager or AIM, but it
will have to be included anyway.

Yes, that's true. This same setup would be extended to offices and homes.
I think a cybercafe is a good setup where you have common features of the
home and the office - namely people communicating over the net or
information access over the net. We could easily build on this, forking
the project in either direction.
