Oh, how I wish that were possible. Unfortunately, it's not that simple.
The only way I can think of is to authenticate the users using Samba and
do some script molestation to have squid recognize their IPs. However,
squid needs a restart to enable config changes.
For the general public and you: Here's a proxy that works, is
multithreaded and rereads config on a SIGHUP:
