Get into Linux somehow. You made a boot disk? Run lilo as root. That
should fix it.
Me, I ran lilo and it pretended to do things, but I get no lilo prompt. :(
[root]~# lilo -v
LILO version 21, Copyright 1992-1998 Werner Almesberger
Reading boot sector from /dev/hda1
Merging with /boot/boot.b
Boot image: /boot/vmlinuz-2.2.5-15
Added lin2
Boot image: /boot/bzImage
Added lin3
Boot other: /dev/hda1, on /dev/hda, loader /boot/chain.b
Added dos *
/boot/boot.0301 exists - no backup copy made.
# What was that??
Writing boot sector.
