The thousand byte reply was not targetted at you specifically, but at
everyone in general who falls victim to the auto-include-message-in-reply
syndrome. I accept that it is probably the fault of mail clients that
make it hard for users to `DWIM'. Most user agents get you to send mail
the way they think you would want to send it without asking you if that's
the way.
Wouldn't it be cool if we had a include-last-but-no-other-message-in-reply
setting?
