I guess you must be also using web-speed for this purpose. The are database adapters
and "connectors" available under the download
section of Zope site.

what are to reffering to here. Zope uses DTML. Even though it gives a facility to
import HTML files, I doubt if it can parse your
existing programs unless and until they are in python (???). I f you can be more
eloborate on what you are trying to do, I'll be try
to help you in this aspect.
