Microsoft does a good job of identifying good technology anywhere and
then tweaking it suitably to make it look like it came from them. You
can't argue that.
There are times when Microsoft picks up good stuff that we didn't even
bother looking it.
If they can rip good ideas from everyone, we can rip good ideas from
them too, right?
