Yes RED-Hat Linux 6.1 Is Fine It is Best.
I Have Tried this

as i am using it.
as my server.
this month PC-Quest have given how to install any non compatable VGA card
congiration in LINUX.
Do read it IT is Very Help fully.
As i ave used cirrus logic card which is best on linux.
But if you have AGP onboard on Intel 810 then
Intel website has the answer for you.
as the configuring files and way to configure intel AGP on 810
is given there
I had used it few days back little difficult but it is easy too.
I had done it.
