[ILUG-BOM] More on Removing LILO from MBR

There is one more problem with LILO being in the MBR.
If I remove / disable my primary slave which contains linux,
lilo does not even allow me to boot into dos.

Infact the lilo propmt also does not show.

If I need to reinstall Win 98, over an existing installation of Win 98,
(so that i can restore the MBR of Win 98) will
it affect anything ? I think I have doen this before and I dont think I had
any problems, but I want to know just in case.......
