I am not really sure how CALTIGER works, do ya hav to dial CALTIGER or ya
ISP cause if CALTIGER has only 2MB of international bandwidth from VSNL.
CALTIGER seems a real novel idea,
but the best part is that the company USES bandwidth of 2MB(featured in
CNBC) for it's Connection to the net. This is really bad news for the
miilions of people who want to surf the net using those frugal resources for
free.
