[ILUG-BOM] Newsgroups - Suggestion

Why don't we set up ilug-bom.org.in as a nntp server as well.  That way,
all of us who have problems with news servers can use that instead.
news.vsnl.net.in has gone kaput I think.  Not a single message in any
group.
