Get loadlin.
Copy your kernel to the windows partition (I said copy. Not move.)
Make a batch file which contains the line:
c:\path\to\loadlin.exe c:\path\to\kernel root=/dev/hdb7 ro
^^^^
the marked area should be whatever your root partition is. Mine is
/dev/hdb7. What's yours?
