Typical applications would be command interpreters, parsers, language translators and IE systems. Lex and Yacc are a pair of utilities that can make this task easier and fun to do. The intent of this seminar is to explore the basic concepts and working of Lex and Yacc, with a case study of a mini Pascal to C converter. ** Open seminar. All are welcome.
