Fix your damn line length. I am not going to scroll anymore.
You don't need to remove all vb run times. That will only cause other
programs to stop working. What you need to do is remove VBA (VB for
applications). That means you have to remove entire MS Office suite.
This includes OE, though removing only that would solve the problem too.
Also, remove the assiciation between .vbs files and their associated
program.
