How to make files Hidden. I know in Redhat files starting with a period (.) are made
hidden files.
i dont know if that is the convention used for all linux packages, but in Suse 6.3
files with a period are not hidden. ie. .exrc etc. are already visible by default.
Is there any way to make them hidden.??
