I have just offered to help incase there is a need now or in the future. 

I have been involved with Linux for 4 years now and do my two cents to
promote it. I have therefore offered to help the ILUG-Bom.

I personally find HBCSE not a very convenient place and hence offered to
arrange for a place. I assumed that there were others like me.

If HBCSE is more convenient to people, then let that be the venue and
I'll be there.
