RHL uses a dialer called rp3 (RedHat PPP Dialer). It is a front end for
wvdial and is great if you need to connect to a single ISP. Although it
sets up the connection just fine, you might need to edit /etc/ppp/options.
You can also use pppd directly, which is much more powerful but needs a
little figuring out about location and use of different files under /etc/ppp.
