On 19th (yesterday)at around 10PM CNN interviewed
Alec Martin of Symantec on cyber crimes. Imagine
my shock when the guy says "there should be a
very strong disincentive by implementation of
strong laws to prevent hackers from causing
public damage".

Seems that my eralier comment on commercial
software outfits being hostile is more than a
hunch.
One would expect a guy from Symantec to know
better.

Also I thought that the original term "hack"
signified a writer which carried forward to a
writer of programmes.
