Here is some more of the same Sh.. On 19th (yesterday)at around 10PM CNN interviewed Alec Martin of Symantec on cyber crimes. Imagine my shock when the guy says "there should be a very strong disincentive by implementation of strong laws to prevent hackers from causing public damage". Seems that my eralier comment on commercial software outfits being hostile is more than a hunch. One would expect a guy from Symantec to know better.
