Use ASUS motherboard, they work well with AMD. As regards SiS Display cards,
on linux both ur monitor & display card should be compatible, else it won't
work properly. make sure u visit redhat.com before buying any hardware.

What motherboard do you suggest for the AMD K6 II 500MHz?  It has to be
able to support linux.  My cousin is getting a SiS motherboard.  I haven't
heard of it.  Anyone?

I don't want problems like with the SiS display.
