Google/Yahoo/others may not be using human readers but they surely
have software agents which do profiling. They are bound by local laws
to reveal critical information about users of their service.

I hope you are aware of case in china where Yahoo! is *accused* of
providing critical info about a chinese blogger leading to his arrest.
