Why are you keen on using MTNL's location IDs? Their location IDs are pathetic. They are wrong at many places. Also please note that these location IDs will be quite inaccurate as compared to the location that you get via GPS. I really doubt they will be able to satisfy your requirement. -- regards, Dinesh A.
