So far download is always >220kbps. Of late ihav been getting speeds of 320 ~ 330 Kbps often - ya no jokes. Downloaded kubuntu and 400 MB of Kubuntu live in one night. That is 305Kbps!!. Hail MTNL god please let them do whatever they are doing right now. Dangerous part - no bill for 5 months, then one bill of Rs.6000/- including static ip, additional email ids, modem rentals etc. Quick check - not overcharged thank god. So far they beat the shit out of all the isps.
