You can order them from ubuntu's website ( https://shipit.ubuntu.com/ ) 
which is free of cost. But it will take time. Instead, someone here who 
already has the latest ubuntu's stable release can burn you a couple of 
copies. You can then burn more copies yourself.

Umm...you dont debug using GCC. You use gdb / ddd to debug. I'm sure 
you'll find a lot of tutorials online. But do you think it is wise to 
start off with debugging and stuff without the basics?
