I am a subscriber of LFY and my experience with CD/DVD is also the
same 30% to 40% of the time I get faulty CD/DVD's but hey are good
enough to replace them though it make take upto 10 days.I have also
communicated this to  LFY to improve upon  their CD quality but i
guess what you said is right  untill and unless there is a mass level
complaint nothing seems to work.
