Therefore by implication commecial software cannot be open. Doubly
wrong. Free /  Libre software can beCommercial. Closed software can
be non commercial (freeware).


Terminology confusion for me :)
But all I can understand is they want to sell it, they want to secure their
profits
and thus they are hiding that code, thuogh its not required.
BTW there can not be any support from opensource community for google's this
stand.
