The main danger is from the terraces that are directly exposed to the 
sky. So cable gets hit easily. Actually the ethernet cards must be 
getting knocked off due to the high static levels. An actual lightning 
jolt will be big news in that area with possible damage to life and 
property ( God forbid ).
