How does one define a crappy website? Just curious to know, what an employer looks for when he's hiring a web developer.
If you claim to know HTML, I assume you've read the standard and followed it when making your website. If you haven't read the standard, don't claim to know the language.
Using multiple <br> tags to create paragraph spacing just shows me that you've never gone past the first page in any HTML book/online tutorial.
