This is strange. Which version of Edubuntu do you have? With Edubuntu v
6.06, there is a CD called the Desktop CD which is both an install &
live CD. I think you got the Install CD instead of that. You can order
Edubuntu CDs from http://shipit.edubuntu.org/ or download the Desktop CD
from http://releases.ubuntu.com/edubuntu/6.06/

The target audience are the people who are interested in Free Software
and more so in the upcoming GPLv3. Both Dr. Richard M. Stallman and
Prof. Eben Moglen are coming to discuss and explain the draft license.
We will also have panel discussions with people from various fields so
that they can provide input. The website is still a work in progress.
