Mumbai is screwed because, the concept of building Mumbai and its
infrastructure, which initially created Mumbai and gave it its top
position, does not exist anymore. The 'sethias' of yesterday contributed
their wealth in building residential buildinmgs, roads, hospitals,
schools. colleges etc. for the **common** man. Now the seths are only
building infrastructure for the affluent class be it schools, hospitals,
buildings.
