Dinesh, This mailing list is not moderated at all and everyone is
allowed to post their views (within the limits of list guidelines
approved by list members). However, if the list member is newly
registered, Mailman keeps him/her on moderation initially. If the list
poster shows proper mailing list etiquette, e.g. trimming the mail,
not top posting etc, then he/she is removed frmo moderation
immediately. Hope that helps.
