I would like to know if there is/are some book /
website / white papers which talk about Neural Networks from
implementation / performance point of view. Oh yes, it would be great
help if the math is explained in simpler terms :)

Well, I learnt Artificial Neural Networks back in 3rd semester as an
optional subject. One of my classmates (in fact he is my former
roomie), Arjun Shankar <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> started writing a C++
library for ANN. It was very simply written. The project was hosted in
Savannah but the codes are not yet available there due to network
restrictions in our campus proxy.

I hope you will be able to solve your doubts with Arjun's help.

Cheers,
Debarshi
