No, not quality but compatibility. What will they do with a free OS that will not be 100% compatible to their needs?
I agree with that. I guess as long as they can get their work done (i.e. be productive ) they wont know the difference between windows and linux. This one point which even Mark Shuttleworth brought up when he'd adressed the lub in IIT.
