Lot of things depend on how you have installed your current setup. If
your user info is in DB you would need to take regular snapshots of that
database. If possible install/configure replicator. Else you need to
think of other ways of copying user info. Secondly you need to take
backup of your mailstore. Use rsync for that.
Mails currently in queue are bound to inodes so you may choose to drop
rsyncing qmail-queue (I am not really sure about this though).
