well, let the project start first things can be made viable through many means. having worked on similar projects I can say out of experience that cheeper alternatives can be found out (and I had recent experience of this ) and if not there are other ways of doing the same. again let's not get into a lot of details on how complex and costly the system will be. let's first start working out things.
