In numbers, yes. In dollar terms, no. Also, I still have to see a
PC replacement which offers a browser, an office suite, an email client,
and some games. There are some high end phones running WinCE which offer
stuff like this, but they aren't a PC replacement.

Text processing in Devnagari is easily more complex (left to right
primary direction, with glyphs going right to left above and below the
character lines).
