What has GPL and FS philosophy got to do with everyday admining of 
servers? Point being they are people who are supposed to know 
everything about one particular distro. If a company wants debian 
admins, they get someone who is trained on Debian. Isnt that the whole 
way FOSS / Linux works? Build extremely efficient tools to do ONE 
specific task perfectly and not ONE tool to do all possible tasks under 
the sun :P
