Actually, quite often the initial shortlisting is done by the HR and
they simply look for keywords. In such cases there are plenty chances
that your resume will get an initial lookin. What happens after that
depends upon the quality of your resume.


Quite often H.R and a tech guy(s) do short listings together. It takes
longer, but eventually ensures better quality.
